These terms and conditions are only applicable after you have used our ‘We compare Stairlifts’ services. They explain what you can expect from us and how we can help you. This site is run and operated by Love Stairlifts Ltd – (10621505).
The site provides an online comparison and review service of straight, curved, outdoor stairlifts and home lifts. If you use this site and services and have read the sites Terms and Conditions, then you understand and agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions.
Services
At We Compare Stairlifts we offer our customers advice and guidance on the purchasing of straight, curved, outdoor stairlifts and Home lifts. We work with the UK’s leading stairlift manufacturers and retailers to access the best advice and best suited product installations for our customers. Once you have given us your personal details and we have given our best advice we will help provide information to you via our company ‘We Compare Stairlifts’ and our accredited partners.
We pass this information to our accredited partners in good faith. However, you should check that the accredited partner has used accurate information in the supply of any goods and services to you.
You must use your own judgement in making any decision based on information supplied on and by We Compare Stairlifts. In no event shall we be liable (whether to you or to any third party whom you are representing) for any cost or damages, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of in connection with advice given by ‘We Compare Stairlifts’.
Stairlift No Longer Required
When your stairlift is no longer required, we are here to help you either to sell it or advise you on costs to get it removed. Please call us on 0800 008 6295 to recycle your unwanted stairlift.
Complaints Policy
We Compare Stairlifts will always endeavour to provide the best service and advice for our customers. However, we recognise there may be rare occasions when our customers may not be completely satisfied.

We Compare Stairlifts – Love Stairlifts Ltd is a member of the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) and has signed up to its Trading Standards approved code of practice. If you are unhappy with the outcome of a complaint you can approach the BHTA for mediation and, as a member, we will participate in this process free of charge.
